There were two big horror movie releases this month... and we picked the wrong one. Passenger is a great idea fora short film, but it becomes incredibly boring, even at a meager 88 minutes of runtime. Do yourself a favor, check out Obsession instead of Passenger. Everybody seems to love that movie.

Ready or not 2 is just as blunt and moronic with it's social commentary as the first Ready or not. Getting bogged down in dumb details that takes away from the social commentary and hurting the film overall. I am talking about this movie against my will, but... maybe it isn't as terrible as its predecessor? Maybe there is actually some quality craft and writing gone into this. Maybe?

In preparation for the 20th anniversary, and the release of the long awaited sequel, I watched The Devil Wears Prada for the first time. Most people like it, some would go as far as calling it a classic. Me? I had a mental breakdown. Few movies have made me as furious as The Devil Wears Prada. Miranda Priestly is not someone to look up to, she is a vile and despicable parasite. She is like Patrick Bateman, but she hides her psychopathy better. Lee Cronin Directs this remake of The exorcist disguised as an Evil dead movie with a sprinkling of Hereditary. It is a heavy, dark drama about a family falling apart when their daughter returns after having been kidnapped eight years ago. It is also a gonzo splatter movie, full of disgusting goo and buckets of blood. If that sounds like a good time to you, you are in luck. if you think it sounds like a mess. good for you, you have a good taste in movies.

Did you hear what Zendaya did? No, what did she do? Well, according to Alana Haim, Zendaya admitted to have been in the new Kristoffer Borgli social experiment movie. What? That's insane! Yeah, and Robert Pattinson is in it as well... playing her finace!!!? This is so crazy, I have to watch this.

In the last 20 years we have seen the comedy genre slowly dissolve from one of the most popular genes into just a word pasted on to other genres. nowadays we only have action comedies, horror comedies or Sci-fi comedies.
